Vinyl resins are synonymous with an exceptional atmosphere and durable flooring. They have remarkable resistance to mechanical and chemical influences - dilute acids and bases, salt water, machine oils and fats, high mechanical properties in highly corrosive and acidic environments. Vinyl esters are used for almost all rooms and containers for drinking water, irrigation water, sewage, chemical products. They are suitable for construction, chemical, oil, gas, etc. industry.
Vinyl resins have a very different structure from unsaturated polyester resins. In terms of strength and chemical resistance they are close to epoxy resins, and in terms of easy curing they are close to unsaturated polyester resins.
Due to their different molecular structure, they are resistant to a large number of chemicals. These resins, which have high physical resistance, can be used with both glass fibers and carbon fibers. They are characterized by high heat resistance. They have higher HDT (thermal deformation temperature) resistance than unsaturated polyester resins.
Vinyl ester resins are mostly preferred for the chemical industry. They are also used as a barrier layer in composite pools and in the production of parts for high-tech aviation system.
